PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training has become very popular, with many people seeing results. Of the 25% of people that are seeing results, 90% are working with trainers. Personal training does get results, but you have to put in the time and effort as well. You may sign up for 1-4 training sessions per week. Sessions are an hour long. 4 sessions will get you results quickest, but if you opt for less sessions, I will supply work outs to do on your own and I will hold you accountable for getting them done, by email, phone callls, text, whatever it takes! Let me design your own personalized program, that gets you results, complete with nutritional guidance if needed
GROUP/FAMILY TRAINING
Group training is a great way to get in shape with your friends! Start a friendly competition and help support each other. Work outs will still be designed for your group and individual goals. Instead of going out to eat to get together with your friends, come work out! Help each other in meeting your goals, no matter what the goal, I can help and help your group get there. Plus, big bonus, group training is a great way to save money! Split the cost with your friends!

CORPORATE TRAINING
