Tues/Thurs at Chesak School, on Reed Road in Lake in the Hills: Circuits, same as above, 6:30-7:30 pm Super affordable!! Sign up through the Village of Lake in the Hills
Sat 8:30-9:30 a.m. Women on Weights: Intimidated by weights & weightlifting? Learn how to use free weights. Plus core & an all over body workout

One on one personal training. Each session is designed just for you with your goals in mind. Motivation, non-judgemental support and nutritional guidance are all a part of your training. Lots of options available, including outdoor training.
WEIGHT LOSS
Wanting to loose some weight? Do you want to feel and look better in your clothes? Work outs designed for maximum calorie burn, tips and nutritional guidance all with you in mind. Can't break through that plateau? I can help with that as well. More muscle = more calories burned every day.
STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY
Strength and flexibility, what are those? As we age we loose both, starting as early as in our 30's! Keeping muscles strong and joints flexible is essential to growing older in a healthy manner. Working out also keeps our bones dense and strong.
GROUP TRAINING
Do you want to work out with your friends? Do you want to have a friendly competition between your friends? Grab a friend, or a couple of friends, and let's do this! Great way to save money on training as well! Group training can be your whole family too! Great way to spend some quality family time.
